Week 5667

haha only kidding on the weeks but I feel like I have been doing this forever now. I kinda fell off the blogging wagon huh? I really wanted to keep track of all my progress for nothing else but myself to be able to look back on. so to kind of get back up to date. the beginning of June I joined a bootcamp and work out anywhere between 3-5 times a week. my goal is 5 days and dont always make it. I LOVE bootcamp! its a hour of HARD work out I leave so sweaty I look as if I just got out of the shower. I have to go at 5am to make sure Bill is home to watch the kids. those of you who know me know mornings arnt my thing! Well Im learning for it to be my thing!the hardest part of the morning is ALWAYS getting out of bed I have a million and two excuses as to why I shouldn't go that morning. but most mornings I get out of bed and feel great! when I come home I usually eat breakfast or drink a shake which in and of its self is a miracle I have NEVER in my life eaten breakfast. I usually can throw a load or two in the washer. have my shower and be completely ready for my day by the time the kids get up.
As far as weight loss its so hard for me the scale has been stuck or pretty close to the same thing since I started but I have lost two full pant sizes. I wish I would have measured inches instead of measured the lbs. Im still down most days at 218 which I know is down from when I first started this blog. and Im reminded daily muscle weights more then fat. I know but I still want to see more lbs drop off!! Im eating right better then I have my whole life and working out daily so I expected to see more of a difference. Im just going to keep plugging away and I know sooner or later it will start to drop again.
