Wohooo hit the 20 lb mark this morning soo happy to see this number. Today we're off to the beach and I'm planning on "cheating" on the juicer I'm bringing juice but I'll also eat hoping this doesn't set me back to far! I'm also getting ready to start my period so I know I'm going to gain so bloat the next few days. As long as I stay on track with the juicer I'll be fine and the bloat will disappear as fast as it came.
Off to enjoy this beautiful day with my family!

I'm so close to 199 I can taste it!!!:) I have said for years now, if I could just get to 199! now I'm almost there and I can't wait go keep going.
This morning we went to my nieces softball game, it's so cute seeing 4-6 year olds leaning to play! I can't wait till Judah is old enough! I hope she plays. Anyways we stayed for my best friends son game too so three hours at the ball field nachos everywhere, pizza the kids had a ice cream sandwich yummy! I made sure and had my juice before I left I made a good one again, strawberry, orange, peach and kale. Normally i would add more veggies, but im running low on veggies injave to go shopping today! Anyways i knew I wasn't hungry at the game but the temptation was so big just to snack eat sunflower seeds even! After that we went out to lunch at bravo burger. If your from around here then you know how amazing their breakfast burritos are ack! I almost got a salad but I quickly remembered how badly I want to be 12lb lighter this time next week. I know that it could be a out of reach goal but I really really would like to see 199 before Saturday night, we're going to a party and I know I'm going to eat and enjoy myself which will put me back over that 200 mark but I will have seen it and will work that much harder to get it.
We're having beautiful 80 degree weather this weekend and were playing hooky from church and going to the beach tomorrow. I'm so excited to just relax in the sun while the kids play. It's going to be really really hard not to snack on anything tomorrow, we usually snack and eat the whole time were there. So I'm planning on bringing juice as well as fresh cut veggies and fruit to snack on. Not really what I want to be snacking on but in all honesty if i really ask myself I don't want to snack on anything I want to keep going and loosing weight. But I know I need to bring something.

down a lb a little disapointed its not two lbs but seriously excited Im below 215 AT LAST :)
I made grape, pear, cucmber spinach & carrot juice this morning. wasnt my favorite but I drank up. I have two cups left for lunch and Ill make something new for dinner. My honey is going to start juicing dinners with me. Im excited because he is jumping on the juice wagon and I wont have to make full on dinners for the kids, they dont care what they eat for dinner as long as they like it. Making dinner has been the hardest part of this journey, well not just dinner making food for all of them in general I just want to grab a bite one small bite and all would be ok in my head... so tonight I think ill let the boys make pigs in a blanket for themselfs they will have fun and keep me from having to be in the kitchen haha :)

I wonder will I ever get to a place in this journey were I won't want to taste the bad things? It's not really a craving as much as it is I like food, I enjoy dinners with friends I enjoy the taste of something delicious. I don't want to spend the rest of my life obsessing over every little thing I put in my mouth. I want to enjoy life and my life that means enjoy food. We eat pretty healthy so its not like eating bad 24/7 is my life. I'm not sure what the answer to this is for now I'll drink my juice and watch the weight fall off and deal with every day life as a skinny fat girl when that time comes.

I'm BACK to where I was on Saturday morning!and officially down 16lbs YAY only took me all week long! 16lbs in a little over two weeks isn't bad huh?! bummed because if I hadn't eaten in there I would be down more..its ok I'm back and can only go down from here right? I'm juicing for 9 more days and will eat and prob go right back to juice for a few more weeks. getting to my goal of 180 just seems so achievable. I am a little nervous for when I do start eating food full time, healthy or not it seems to make me gain weight I need to figure out how to fix that. To days juice was AMAZING Pineapple, Strawberry, Orange, Carrots Cucumber & spinach YUMMY wish I had more still. I did grab another pineapple from the store tonight so I can make this juice again very soon!

This morning I threw some chicken in the crockpot for the families dinner tonight and boy it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard smelling the amazing smell all day. I wanted to take a bite each time. it had bellpeppers in it so the smell was sooo good. I fed the kids dinner before Bill got home and was out t he door for our walk before he was even home. the kids and I went around our neighborhood while bill got home and changed. it made dealing with dinner time EASY for me. when we got h ome I drank my juice while bill made his own plate and ate. I still wanted just a bite but it was easier then having to sit at the dinner table while all of them are chowing down on good food and Im sipping my juice (like this a few nights ago)
