I was so unsure how it would look when I stepped on the scale this morning. I had a hard time this week using ALL my points let alone my added points for exercise or my fun points! I know WW makes a big deal about making sure you use up all your points and I tried hard but I almost always had at least 10-15points left. I get xtra points for nursing which I know I will loose in a 6 weeks. but still I have alot of xtra points! other then not using my points the hardest thing for me has been to eat. I feel like Im eating non stop. I guess my biggest weakness is not really eating and when I do I stock up, so to speak. I NEVER have liked eating breakfast if you try to get me to eat before noon Its almost like pulling teeth. but this week I didnt miss breakfast once!! :) thats a big deal for me. and I have been trying to snack all throughout the day, healthy snacks of course! :)
I went big time shopping this past weekend and spent a TON of money at Henry's on fresh produce. I planned out all the meals from a couple ww friendly sights and have enjoyed all of them. The kids on the other hand before they even try it are telling me how disgusting it is and how they dont like vegetables. so they always get their veggies in form of Green machine Juice, untill we brake this habit of not eating anything healthy. Titus LOVES fruit he would live off of it, if we let him but the veggie thing he feeds off his brother and wont even try things once Bradyn says something about it.
Last night I made Grilled Veggie Pita sandwich's with cottage cheese. I added a little bit of chicken to make it appealing for the kids and they wouldn't even try it. we ended up bribing them and they ate the chicken and the pita. and some yogurt. the whole time Bradyn kept telling me how much he likes real food like Corndogs and pizza not disgusting veggies. I was laughing inside so hard. UGH its going to take alot to change their eating habits but Im determined for all our health! I have been reading a book about our foods and how they are affecting our kids brains and behaviors. With Bradyn starting K in the fall I really want to give him the best opportunity for him to thrive that I can. So I have been cutting WAY back on foods he loves and stuff that has the nasty dyes in them. I know I cant completely cut them out but when we are home and Im cooking they are GONE!!!!
I just have to brag on my hubby for a minute 3 years ago he started on his weight loss journey He says he started off his heaviest at 245 (I still dont believe him)He wanted to just get in the 100's (199.8) obviously never really sticking hard to it untill recently. He has lost weight and gained weight. its crazy to look at pictures and see how much he really has lost. I never looked at Bill and thought he was fat, untill now when I look back at pictures!

Crazy difference. Anyways Back in January he started two weight loss challenges at work. both were for money the first one was 4 weeks long the second one doesnt end till the end of April. He has been riding his bike which isnt new but just more diligent to eating healthy and making sure he gets some form of exercise each day. the first challenge he lost 19lbs yep in 4 weeks! and nope he didnt win. :( Well this morning he hit his goal of being in the 100's!!!! Im so proud of him!!!!!!! He has worked long and hard for this!!!! and I havent always made it easy for him. I have been known to watch him do the 30day shred while eating ice cream. or tempting him with whatever haha SORRY Bill!! ;) I love you and am sooo proud of you!!!!
